2). Re-Tape The Old Label Onto The New package, Then Black-Sharpie Cross Out YOUR Address On The Old Label & Next To it? Write "RTS, Return To Sender: REFUSED" , That's IT!!.

3). Pop It Into A Blue USPS Postal Box On A Street-Corner Or At The Post-Office. 

DO NOT HAND IT BACK TO A USPS CLERK!!

They'll Ask You If You Opened It & If You Answer YES?
They'll Make You Pay For Return Shipping Fees.

USPS Charges a "Return Service Fee" on every shipping label.
